What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry by email or through the form, we process the data you give us: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep data
We keep the data for as long as needed to reply to the enquiry and for any resulting work, or as long as the law requires.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties, except to service providers who help us operate (for example email and web hosting) and to authorities when the law requires it.
Analytics
Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for visit statistics. This involves processing data about your device, browser and the pages you visit, which may also be transferred outside the European Union. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
